Why wait for Christmas?

London has a magical feel during the weeks leading up to Christmas.  The weather might be frosty and the days are short but the city lights up in a special way. The magic starts in November with Christmas displays transforming shop windows into giant winter art galleries, Christmas lights appearing in the busiest shopping areas of the city and an enormous Christmas tree taking centre stage in Trafalgar Square. This is an ideal time to discover London, absorb the amazing atmosphere, visit the main attractions and shop for those all important presents.  And what better time to improve your English at Excel English and take part in our Christmas themed activities and walks.

For 5 weeks, from November 14th until December 16th, our social programme will feature the spirit of Christmas including –

  • Christmas Markets such as the South Bank & Winter Wonderland
  • Christmas afternoon tea
  • The Dickens Museum at Christmas
  • Christmas carols in Trafalgar Square
  • Christmas Cracker Workshop
  • Ice Skating at the Tower of London or the Natural History Museum
  • Christmas dinner at a traditional British pub
